No nonsense approach

We know there is a crazy amount of information out there on the best diet, most effective exercise, and on almost everything else related to health and fitness. We are here to sort through that for you and put together the best plan possible for to help you feel stronger and healthier than at any other age. We have have a full team of support to help you succeed in your 28 day challenge and beyond!

Check with our physiotherapist if you are experiencing pain. Ask our nutritionist if you aren’t sure about a particular food, or naturopath if you are worried about a particular health issue. Don’t let these things get in the way of taking that first step. Our team of physiotherapists, osteopaths, naturopaths and nutritionist are here to help get you back on track and stay that way. We are here to guide you and support you the entire way!

The Team

Stacey is a US licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist registered both in the US (PA, DC, MD) and Singapore (Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association) and a certified strength and conditioning coach (NSCA) with a BSc in Exercise Science. I am also recognized by the The Menopause Society as a Certified Menopause Practitioner (MSCP).

I know that one size does not fit all!  I love helping my clients develop simple, sensible and sustainable plans that fit their individual needs so they can feel better, stronger and more energetic!  If a plan is too hard, too restrictive, too complicated or if you don’t like the foods, or you hate the exercises, it just won’t work - not for the long term. This isn’t success. Even if you lose a few kgs in the short term.

My true passion lies in helping midlife women (and their husbands - we can’t leave them behind!) regain their health and vitality. Midlife comes with a multitude of changes. Things we used to be able to do may become harder, we may notice our bloodwork results are creeping in the wrong direction, we aren’t as strong or fit as we used to be. But there are solutions.

I help women rediscover your joy and vitality, take charge of their health, and regain confidence!

Jenn spent over 20 years as an ER doctor in NYC, where she discovered a passion for teaching and guiding patients, residents, and students. She values both the technical and human aspects of medicine, emphasizing the importance of bedside manner, patient empowerment, and self-care. Recognizing the limits if quick emergency care, Jenn shifted to a more holistic focus of health.

Today, with expertise and focus upon menopausal and midlife healthcare for women, Jenn supports her clients through medical care, education, coaching, and mindfulness techniques, empowering them to heal, grow, and live more fulfilling lives.
