WHAT DO I GET?
The lowdown on midlife body changes and how to manage them! - You aren’t crazy. Things are different in your 40s (and maybe even late 30s), 50s and 60s than they were before. We give you the whys and the hows of getting your energy and confidence back!
Weekly zoom call and office hours - Stacey and Jenn with present a one topic a week for each of the four weeks. You will get to ask questions about that or any other topic related to the challenge, talk through obstacles, and get more directed advice.
Guided nutrition advice with meal & snack ideas - This isn't a crazy-restrictive plan, nor do you have to have a degree in culinary arts to eat well! Our plan focuses on good quality real food! We'll also teach you techniques to eat mindfully and approaches to handle emotional eating.
Weekly workout suggestions - We’ll post weekly workouts to help keep you moving. But they're just suggestions! Zumba, walking, bootcamp, ballroom dancing....if you are moving, it counts as your exercise!
Weekly live group meditation session - Jenn will host a weekly guided meditation session. This session will be recorded so it’s an easy way for those who don’t have a lot of experience with meditation to dip their toe in! Or for experienced meditators to get their daily practice in. Sessions will be recorded.
Two in-person events! Building community and making connections is important! Stacey and Jenn with put on two in-person events so we can get together, make friends, and share!
Weekly Leaderboard - For those who want to kick up the competition, you’ll send your scorecards to Stacey each week, she’ll tally up your scores and post a weekly top 3! If you just prefer to keep score yourself, that's cool too!
Optional 60 minute personalized introductory session available to help individualize the program to your specific needs. We can talk through your nutrition needs, your specific symptoms, or check your exercise form. We can also take your waist and hip measurements as well as measure your body composition to give you your baseline numbers - but measurements are completely optional!
Facebook Group
For our group programs, we support the program through a dedicated Facebook group where we have a lot of fun! You’ll support each other, post recipes, give encouragement and share information and experiences. And you of course have access to Stacey and other practitioners throughout the program.
